New kicks for Rickie Fowler; Tyrrell Hatton sparks the great hoodie debate; and how a golf sweater should fit

Rickie Fowler (Puma Golf)

Rickie Fowler gave us a sneak peek at his new prototype Puma high-tops. These kicks appear to feature a velcro strap on the back to prevent heel slippage. In other Puma Golf news, if you haven’t had a chance to try out their ultra-soft CLOUDSPUN Collection, I highly recommend you do so. The Scatter Golf Polo would be a fine choice.

Matt Wallace (J.Lindeberg | FootJoy)

Sometimes I think my interest in golf fashion is really a sickness. It appears that Matt Wallace has gone spikeless; he’s made the switch from FootJoy’s DryJoys Tour to Pro/SL Carbon. Why do I even notice this stuff?

Joel Dahmen (Linksoul | True Linkswear)

Keeping with footwear, these new TRUE LUX Knit are sick. I love the look and versatility of the styling. No other golf shoe transitions off the course better than the Lux Knit. Did I mention that they are fully waterproof?

Adam Hadwin (Levelwear | Callaway)

Shades of green are hot right now and Adam Hadwin looks fantastic pairing his sage-colored Levelwear polo with a pair of tailored navy trousers. The Camo Callaway Coronado golf shoes give a subtle flair to this classic kit.

Jason Day (Nike Golf)

Nike, please tell me where I can get that stretch woven belt! It looks dynamite with the Olive Nike Polo and Light Bone slacks.

David Horsey (Callaway Apparel)

David Horsey shows off the beauty of the Callaway Thermal Merino Wool 1/4 Zip Sweater. 100% Merino wool at a great price, if you are looking.

Once upon a time, there were two Englishmen; one came prepared to the golf course with a properly fitted sweater. The other, I will assume, forgot his sweater and had to borrow one from a significantly larger mate.

Tyrrell Hatton (Adidas Golf)

Tyrrell Hatton won the BMW PGA Championship in England and wore the Adidas Golf COLD.RDY Hoodie each round. This, of course, had everyone abuzz about the appropriateness of hoodies on the course, yadda, yadda, yadda. It’s time to move on from the hoodie/jogger debate. Adidas Golf continues to do great things for golf apparel in an otherwise forgettable 2020.

Jamie Lovemark (TrendyGolf)

By now you know how much I love a good tropical-themed polo. TravisMathew could put together a beautiful polo bouquet of their floral pattern shirt options. The Speed Runner would be the centerpiece.
