Use this drill to add hip strength and end 'sway' in your swing
Do you struggle with your posture in your swing? Do you sway or "slide" in your backswing or follow-through? It's time to build those glutes and hips. This positional-awareness drill not only will help you maintain more consistency in your movement, but also boost more mobility and control through your planes of motion.
Perform 5 deep breaths per side, 2-3x through.
