The ultimate upper-body golf warm-up

Want to get loose at the range in a short amount of time? Here's a quick routine to get your body stretched out and ready for the first tee shot. This drill helps create more mobility and stability, to move more efficiently in your golf swing. There are four steps described in this video:

1. Shoulder circles
2. Underhand pull-aparts 
3. Pull-apart "good mornings"
4. Pallof rotations 

Host Jordan Jeske says to perform 10-15 reps of each and then hit some balls and see how you feel.
