One drill to add power and speed
Looking for more yards? You can build "golf strength" from your home. In the latest in our series with "Projct Golf," here's a great exercise you can work on to start improving your lower-body rotation.
Just find a sturdy step or box, then set up in your golf posture. Take your outside leg and step across your body, similar to getting your pelvis facing the target in your golf swing.
Slowly add speed, but never sacrifice your balance or control. Make sure to do 10 reps on both sides, and over time, watch your drives fly farther than ever before.
Try the drill above, and look for more fitness tips coming soon to MR.TV.
