Load and explode hips to add power quickly
It's important for golfers to control their bodies throughout the swing. My job as a golf-performance coach is to give you that awareness in relation to how your body can physically move.
Give this simple exercise a try at home to feel how to load properly into your backswing. Many golfers are upper-body dominant, but to have a more efficient golf swing, they need to understand how to use their lower body.
Perform 10-15 reps per side, 1-3 times through. This is a great warmup before your round as well.
