Efficient power? It's all in the hips
Many people are upper-body dominant and don't move with much efficiency. Not only can that hurt our golf swings, but it eventually can hurt our bodies as well.
Give this move a shot at home to help you load your hips better and feel that power coming from your lower body. Perform 3-5 sets of 10 reps, rest 30-60s between sets.
