A lower-body drill to power up your swing

Golfers need more lower body drive. They also need to learn how to "load" more effectively to create more power in the golf swing. This drill, called a "curtsy step-up," is a great exercise to build strength so you can load and explode in your golf swing. Do 10 reps per side, 2-3 times through, and slowly add weight and some speed as you get more comfortable.
