A drill to create 'separation' and more power
Creating separation in a golf swing is vital to gaining more distance off the tee. Here is a simple exercise you can add in to your routine to help create that feeling. This drill will also create strength for the control you’ll need to stick that follow-through and improve your balance. Perform 8 reps a side for 2-4 sets.
