Alex Miceli wonders why the PGA Tour, in the wake of Bryson DeChambeau’s public shaming over slow play, has been so slow in enforcing its own rules. The Tour needs to do something, and fast. Tiger Woods, who withdrew with an injury last week after one round at the Northern Trust, “seems to be done,” Miceli said. “He just can’t do what he could do before.” Go ahead and salute Woods for an extraordinary career, because it’s “effectively over,” according to Miceli.
