Coronavirus-relief match Sunday will pit PGA Tour stars Rory McIlroy and Dustin Johnson against Rickie Fowler and Matthew Wolff, but the true champion could be the celebrated and secretive Seminole Golf Club
It’s finally time to watch some live golf again, and at all places, Seminole Golf Club. Grill Room co-hosts Bob Bubka and Jay Randolph Jr. preview the TaylorMade Driving Relief exhibition, a skins match to benefit coronavirus-relief efforts. PGA Tour stars Rory McIlroy and Dustin Johnson will team against Rickie Fowler and Matthew Wolff on Sunday at celebrated and secretive Seminole Golf Club in Juno Beach, Fla. Many golf fans, including Bubka and Randolph, will get their first close-up of Seminole, the 1929 Donald Ross oceanside gem consistently regarded among the nation’s best courses. Earlier this week, the PGA Tour, looking ahead to its return to competition next month, disclosed the key points in its Health and Safety Plan. The measures will be introduced at the Charles Schwab Challenge, which begins June 11 at Colonial in Fort Worth, Texas. Also on the show, Alan Brazil, a former soccer star in Scotland and now a broadcaster in the U.K., describes his interview with heavyweight boxing champion Tyson Fury.
