Nine courses in the rotation and average highs in January are in the 50s, with occasional days in the 60s and 70s. Having become a property owner association member in 1997 for $300, with monthly dues starting at $24 then (now $39 a month), I can walk 18 holes today for approximately $10. One of the best combinations of course quality, quantity and price in America.
