Golden voices of golf

Who were or are the best golf voices on TV?

Now that CBS has announced that Gary McCord and Peter Kostis will not be a part of its golf broadcasts in 2020, who were or are the best voices — analyst or play-by-play — in golf?

Aside from [Gary] McCord and [Peter] Kostis, I like(d) [Pat] Summerall, [Dick] Enberg, Peter Alliss, David Feherty, Nick Faldo, Ian Baker-Finch, Judy Rankin and Tom Abbott. [Verne] Lundquist, Dottie Pepper and Frank Nobilo are pretty good too.

Wow this is tough. NBC has a pretty stellar team — and [Jim] Bones [Mackay] is making his way too.

I think that’s almost all of the regulars ... Not really a fan of Jim Nantz or Dan Hicks.
