The journey of a golf social-media influencer (and 11 handicap)

January 26, 2021 03:10 PM

Blair Wheeler is not a PGA Tour pro, coach, sports psychologist or fitness professional. He's a guy like us – a regular dude working on his golf game – except there is one difference: Wheeler is what is known as a “golf influencer." He makes part of his living working with brands such as PXG and top-notch golf coaches. He also cozies up to PGA Tour pros not only to play some golf, but also to see their workout routines. He does all of this, despite carrying a handicap index of 11.2.

In this episode, host Jeff Pelizzaro chats with Wheeler about his journey, just like many of us, to become the golfer that he wants to be while also having a job and kids. What are the things that we can do to go from a 20 to a 10 handicap? Watch the video above, or hit the link here to listen.
