Dismissed: Tiger Woods, from a wrongful-death lawsuit filed by the parents of an employee of his eponymous restaurant in Jupiter, Fla. Attorneys for the parents of Nicholas Immesberger dropped Woods as a defendant, Golf Digest reported. Immesberger, a bartender at The Woods Jupiter, died Dec. 10 in a single-car crash. According to a police report, he was driving an estimated 70 mph in a 55-mph zone and his blood-alcohol level was .256, more than three times the state’s legal limit. The lawsuit contends that Immesberger, a recovering alcoholic, was served too much alcohol after his shift at the restaurant. Woods’ girlfriend Erica Herman, the restaurant’s general manager, is named in the lawsuit, which was filed during the week of the PGA Championship, in Palm Beach County Circuit Court. According to Woods’ attorney, Woods is an investor in the restaurant but does not own the business.
