Score, for the second consecutive day, for Canada’s Brooke Henderson, who opened a three-stroke lead after 36 holes at the Meijer LPGA Classic in Grand Rapids, Mich. Henderson birdied five of her last six holes at Blythefield Country Club for another 8-under round. Henderson, 21, is seeking her second victory of the season and ninth of her career. American Brittany Altomare (65) stood second at 13-under 131, followed by American Jennifer Kupcho (67), in her third start as a professional, at 10-under 134 (scores).


Thirty-six hole scores for Americans Billy Kennerly, Eric Steger and Vincent Whaley, who shared the lead at the Tour’s Lincoln Land Championship in Springfield, Ill. Kennerly, the first-round leader, shot par 71 as Steger (66) and Whaley (68) pulled even as winds gusted to 25 mph at Panther Creek Country Club (scores).
