In 14 previous major championships, Kisner, 34, owns one top-10 finish, a tie for seventh in last year’s PGA. Score for American Brittany Lincicome in the first round of the PGA Tour’s Barbasol Championship at Keene Trace Golf Club in Nicholasville, Ky. Lincicome made two bogeys, a double bogey and a triple bogey during the 6-over round. Her highlight was holing a 29-foot-8-inch birdie putt on the par-4 third hole, her 12th of the day. American Troy Merritt, who shot 10-under 62, held a three-stroke lead. Lincicome, 32, an eight-time winner on the LPGA, is competing on a sponsor exemption. She is the sixth woman to play in a Tour event, joining Babe Didrikson Zaharias, Shirley Spork, Annika Sorenstam, Suzy Whaley and Michelle Wie (scores).
