$2.07 million payday at Masters pushes the 24-time winner past $70 million in earnings and within reach of Nos. 3 and 4 on the list
70,710,215: Amount, in dollars, of the career earnings on the PGA Tour for Dustin Johnson, who earned $2.07 million on Sunday for his victory at the 84th Masters Tournament. Johnson, 36, a 24-time winner on the PGA Tour, ranks fifth on the all-time earnings list. Tiger Woods leads with $120,851,706, followed by Phil Mickelson ($92,169,822), Jim Furyk ($71,313,279) and Vijay Singh ($71,236,216). Looking for some perspective regarding that massive pile of modern-day moolah? Jack Nicklaus ranks No. 301, with $5,734,031 in career earnings, one spot behind David Peoples and one ahead of Ted Potter Jr. Perhaps Nicklaus, winner of 18 major championships, can take some measure of comfort in the fact that the earnings list is not adjusted for inflation.
