Brooks Koepka to make 2020 debut in Abu Dhabi

United Arab Emirates will host the first of 8 big-money events on European Tour’s Rolex Series

15: Number of consecutive years that Abu Dhabi Golf Club in the United Arab Emirates will host the European Tour’s Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship, which begins Thursday. American Brooks Koepka, the world’s top-ranked player, is scheduled to make his 2020 debut. Koepka has not competed since mid-October, when he withdrew after the second round of the CJ Cup at Nine Bridges, citing an injury to his left knee. The Abu Dhabi stop is the first of eight events on the Rolex Series, which features $7 million-plus purses (tee times).
