62: Final-round score for South Africa’s Branden Grace, who rallied from a three-stroke deficit entering Sunday’s final round to win the European Tour’s South African Open. Grace recovered from a bogey on the second hole at Randpark Golf Course in Johannesburg to rattle off eight birdies and an eagle in posting a 9-under closing round. His 21-under 263 total outdistanced South Africa’s Louis Oosthuizen, the 54-hole leader, by three strokes. The victory was the ninth on the European Tour for Grace, 31, who also has won three other times on his homeland’s Sunshine Tour and once on the PGA Tour. Grace, Marcus Armitage and Jaco Ahlers qualified for the British Open via the Open Qualifying Series (scores).
