Reed, Woodland share lead in Hero World Challenge

Americans post 6-under 66s to lead by 2; Tiger Woods trails by 6

2: Number of strokes by which Americans Patrick Reed and Gary Woodland led after 18 holes Wednesday of the Hero World Challenge, a PGA Tour exhibition at Albany Club in the Bahamas. Reed and Woodland shot 6-under 66s in the 18-man all-star event. American Chez Reavie, a late addition after Dustin Johnson withdrew, stood third at 68. Tournament host Tiger Woods, sparked by a 4-under stretch over three holes on the back nine, shot 72 to stand T-11. Woods is a five-time winner of the event (scores).

3: Number of winners in the four-year history of the AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open who won another tournament in the same season on the European Tour. George Coetzee, who won the inaugural Mauritius Open in 2015, also won the Tshwane Open; Jeunghun Wang (2016) added the Trophee Hassan II; and Kurt Kitayama (2018, during the 2018-19 season) added the Oman Open.
