Textron donates $5,000 to GCSAA unit

Company provides ongoing support for GCSAA's research-based activities.

Lawrence, Kan. (April 10, 2018) – Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc., through its Textron Golf brand, has made a $5,000 donation to the Environmental Institute for Golf (EIFG), the philanthropic organization of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA). The gift was officially made to the EIFG at the 2018 Golf Industry Show in San Antonio. 

Textron Golf – which represents the combined product lines of Jacobsen, Cushman, E-Z-GO, and Textron Fleet Management -- is a member of the EIFG’s Platinum Tee Club, for donors that contribute $5,000 or more annually. It is also recognized at the Champion’s Club level of the EIFG’s Cumulative Giving Program, recognizing donors who have contributed between $250,000 - $499,999 since 1987. Textron Golf is also part of GCSAA’s Partner Recognition Program as a Gold Partner.
