Limited Number of Lots Remain in Southwest Florida Luxury Golf Community
(BRADENTON, Fla.) – The Concession Residences – the Southwest Florida Gulf Coast’s premier luxury community – announces strong 2017 sales with 21 home sites sold at more than $8 million in revenue.
The Concession’s lot sales increased 14% from 2016, rising from an already-impressive $7 million in revenue. The community is 90% sold out with only 40 remaining home sites available.
“We continue to enjoy remarkable sales in part to our world-class golf course, stunning custom residences and expansive home sites, which allow for private grand estate living,” says Mark Bruce, Director of Sales at The Concession. “The Sarasota-area real estate market is flourishing, and there’s no better place for buyers to put down their roots and build their dream residence than The Concession.”
Sales in 2018 have kicked off with a strong start as the community has reported three lot sales to date for January. The Concession features four luxury enclaves spanned over 1,200 acres of pristine landscape – Birkdale, Nicklaus Manor, Lindrick and Parkstone Estates. Home sites primed for custom development extend at least an acre in size – a rare offering in Florida real estate. Of the 40 remaining parcels, 14 are available in Birkdale, six in Nicklaus Manor, seven in Lindrick and 13 in Parkstone Estates – each featuring abundant preserve or lakefront views.
The Concession continues a strong partnership with Southwest Florida’s award-winning custom home builders, including Anchor Builders, Johnson Homes, John Cannon Homes, Lee Wetherington Homes, Perrone Construction and Stock Signature Homes. The newest addition to its portfolio is Kemick Builders, expected to break ground on its new showcase model home in the coming months.
The Concession Residences are adjacent to The Concession Golf Club, a Jack Nicklaus Signature Course highly-ranked both statewide and nationally. The neighborhood is gated – offering privacy and exclusivity – yet still offers nearby access to bustling Lakewood Ranch and three international airports (Sarasota-Bradenton, Tampa and Orlando). The lively Sarasota/Bradenton metropolitan area is one of the top real estate markets in the U.S – offering access to award-winning schools, ample art and entertainment options, a strong job market and year-round warm weather.
