Golfzon mixes darts, golf in Arcade game

STERLING, Virginia, USA (August 3, 2017) – GOLFZON, a leading provider of golf simulators, has released its ARCADE software globally for a dart-based golf game, with a focus on the United States market. The software was made available on August 1.

In keeping with GOLFZON’s mission of “presenting you golf in a way never seen before,” the fun and new interactive gaming platform offers golfers of all ages an arcade-like experience that incorporates the traditional golf swing with shots aimed toward a 55-yard diameter dart board target set in the middle of a water hazard.

The tee shot distances include 55 yards (Easy mode), 110 yards (Normal mode) and 165 yards (Hard mode) with players accumulating points according to where the tee shot settles on the dart board/green. A scorecard for multiple players and world standings leaderboard for global interactive competition are also featured of the new platform.

GOLFZON will introduce other games and technological advances during the remainder of 2017 and into 2018 for the PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando, Fla., which is scheduled for Jan. 23-26, 2018 at the Orange County Convention Center.
