Tagmarshal, the global leader in golf course intelligence software, has introduced the New Analytics Hub, a game changer in on-course optimization.
The New Analytics Hub is an innovative set of Business Intelligence tools based on learnings and data insights gathered from 15 million rounds of golf that have been tracked and improved, the product of years of research, and most importantly, feedback from Tagmarshal’s valued course partners including many of the world’s premier golf clubs.
Seventy-four per cent of golfers state pace and flow of play are key experience factors and positive ranger interactions and open tees rank as the top experience enhancers (USGA Research, 2019). Steadily rising labor costs and player expectations mean that operational efficiency and using data to benchmark and manage performance are key business focuses, as is generating additional revenue. It was in response to these needs that Tagmarshal developed the New Analytics Hub, giving operators the optimization technology tools to drive performance.

The New Analytics Hub offers course operators and owners a full range of easy to use tools to set goals for the season, months and days. They now have key metrics to track progress, manage, optimize and report on performance with ease. Monitoring course traffic, flow of play and set-up related metrics, the system tracks and compares playing group performance, measures time on a specific hole, fairway or green as well as wait times on the tee box - an industry first -among other vital data and information. In essence, it puts the control in the manager’s hands.
“Tagmarshal has always focused on continuous improvement and innovation, and in line with that, the New Analytics Hub will be rolled out to existing Premium Optimizer customers at no additional cost and as a special trial for Tagmarshal Track customers,” Sieber noted.
To allow its partners to get fully acquainted with the New Analytics Hub, Tagmarshal will be offering all partners a live Demo session with Tagmarshal’s Product Experts. The Demo lasts approximately 15-20 minutes and each course will have the opportunity to use the Demo to plan for their season ahead or to look back at their previous season.
