Good Walk Coffee Company introduces new ‘Goats & Glory’ Ethiopia moka light roast

Direct-to-consumer coffee brand pays homage to role that goats have played in development of golf and coffee

(RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA) Good Walk Coffee Company – a premium Direct-to-Consumer coffee brand inspired by the game of golf – introduces “Goats & Glory”, an Ethiopian light roast full of flavor complimenting the company’s original three roasts.

Understanding the important role goats have played in the discovery of coffee in 11th century Ethiopia and being partly responsible for mowing the first golf course fairways of Scotland, Good Walk Coffee pays homage by naming the roast after the influential species. Goats and Glory starts with single origin Ethiopian beans from the Yirgacheffe region that are lightly roasted to a sharp, tangy quality, “winey” acidity and a fragrant floral overtone.
