9-hole, daily-fee course in Eau Claire features multiple lakes and ponds
Chicago, Ill. (May 20, 2020) – Green Golf Partners, a division of Troon®, the leader in club management, development, and marketing, has been selected to manage Princeton Valley Golf Club, a 9-hole daily-fee facility in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
Open since 1976, Princeton Valley continues to be a favorite among local golfers of all skill levels. The tree-lined course plays to a par of 36, measures 3,320-yards and has multiple lakes and ponds. The clubhouse is home to the recently enhanced Grill 76 restaurant and pub, indoor banquet facilities and a beautiful outdoor patio overlooking the 9th green.
“Princeton Valley Golf Club is looking forward to a fantastic 2020 golf season,” said owner Neil Haselwander. “We have partnered with Green Golf Partners, one of the country’s leading golf course management and development companies, to assist us in continuing the highest levels of quality and service. As one of the best kept courses in the Valley, we’ve chosen to work with someone who shares our vision and welcome all to visit soon.”
Princeton Valley also offers a spacious practice facility consisting of a driving range, putting green, and chipping area.
“Princeton Valley has a long history of being considered one of the finest public courses in Eau Claire, Wisconsin,” said Matt McIntee, chief executive officer, Green Golf Partners. “The Haselwander Family has done a superb job of caring for it over the years, and patrons are passionate about both the golf course and the pub. We are honored to be a part of the property and will look to improve an already outstanding golf product through operational efficiencies, proven marketing programs and a hyper-focus on guest service and satisfaction.”
The addition of Princeton Valley grows Green Golf Partners’ Wisconsin portfolio to six properties. Troon recently opened a Chicago office to support its growing collection of clubs in the Midwest region.
Golfers also have the opportunity to save on golf at Princeton Valley Golf Club, and eight other Troon-affiliated Green Golf Partners’ courses in four Midwest states, through the recently introduced Midwest Troon Card. Midwest Troon Cardholders enjoy rates of up to 50 percent off, "2 for 1" golf offers, Troon’s “Best Rate Guarantee” and more.
