Chris Eaton, Inntopia’s director of golf sales, discusses how resorts can see the bigger picture
We recently announced our new integration with EZ Links, that allows resorts running this tee-sheet system to add current and historical tee-time data to the 360-degree view of guests available in Inntopia Marketing Cloud.
At a lot of resorts, golf is somewhat siloed. Sometimes it’s a different management running the golf course, or perhaps it’s just how they work operationally. Which means a Director of golf is really focused on just their numbers. Which is a great thing to do, but without seeing the bigger picture they lose opportunities to ensure the course, and the resort, are fully utilized.
We wanted to dig into what those opportunities looked like, so we sat down with Chris Eaton, Inntopia’s Director of Golf Sales, to learn more.
