Walker Trolleys introduces Cape Model

First premium push cart for the player and purist available for pre-order

AUSTIN, TEXAS – Walker Trolleys – the first premium push carts pairing classic features with modern design elements in a functional, stylish vehicle – introduces its Cape Model, available for pre-order with a deposit of $100.

From its inception, the Cape was crafted to be distinctly different than other push carts on the market today, drawing inspiration from the roadsters and ultra-cool bicycles from the 20s and 30s. Integrated, customizable soft good-storage, premium materials and a clean, sleek-yet-classic design make the Cape stand out among a crowded field.

“Our mission is to make walking golf cool again, and the Cape is our flagship trolley embodying the spirit of where golf began,” says Brad Payne, Walker Trolleys founding partner and CEO. “Walking is the preferred way to play the great links courses of Scotland and Ireland and we want to see more people embody that spirit in the US.”

Fresh off its debut at the 2020 PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando and an appearance on Golf Channel’s Morning Drive, the Cape is easily collapsible and fits in the trunk or cargo area of almost any car or SUV. It retails for $399 with an anticipated shipment in late spring along with the beginning of golf season.

About Walker Trolleys
Walker Trolleys makes push carts for players and purists who appreciate style, form and functionality while boldly experiencing the great game of golf via walking. Premium materials – including aluminum, waxed canvas and handcrafted leather – create a unique, elegant appearance that wouldn’t be out of place on the great links courses of Scotland during the time of Old and Young Tom Morris.

A convenient one-fold handle makes collapsing and unfolding the trolley easier than any other push cart on the market. The patent pending central hub enables the handle and legs to bend on two separate axes, allowing for a compact fold. The storage unit, made of water-resistant waxed canvas, provides an endless number of ways for golfers to customize their trolley.

A non-folding line of Walker Trolleys made with the same materials will be offered directly to courses, clubs and resorts as a rental option. The push carts nest for easy and quick storage in units and premium soft good options can be customized with logos and other branding elements.
