Past 3 champions – Tyrrell Hatton, Francesco Molinari and Rory McIlroy – will tee off together early Thursday at Bay Hill
England’s Tyrrell Hatton, the defending champion, will be grouped with Italy’s Francesco Molinari, the 2019 Bay Hill winner, and Northern Ireland’s Rory McIlroy, the 2018 champ, at 8:06 a.m. EST Thursday on the 10th tee.
Among the other featured groups, Americans Bryson DeChambeau and Jordan Spieth will join England’s Justin Rose at 8:17 a.m. on No. 10 tee; Americans Max Homa and Patrick Reed, who were winners on the recent West Coast Swing, and countryman Billy Horschel will be grouped at 12:46 p.m. on No. 1; and Norway’s Viktor Hovland, American Rickie Fowler and Australia’s Jason Day, the 2016 API champion, will tee off at 12:57 p.m. on No. 1 (tee times).
The $9.3 million tournament is the second of four consecutive stops on the PGA Tour’s Florida Swing.
