Senior LPGA won’t be played this year

4th annual Legends Tour event joins growing list of cancellations because of coronavirus

Canceled: By the LPGA, the Senior LPGA Championship, the women’s tour announced Friday, citing the ongoing effects of the coronavirus pandemic. The Senior LPGA was scheduled to be played July 30-Aug. 1 at French Lick (Ind.) Resort’s Pete Dye Course. The tournament, part of the Legends Tour, made its debut in 2017 as the LPGA’s premier event for players 45 and older.
