Withdrew: From this week’s Hero World Challenge, American Dustin Johnson, who said he needs more time to recuperate from arthroscopic surgery on his left knee three months ago. American Chez Reavie replaced Johnson. The PGA Tour exhibition, which will feature 18 of the world’s top-ranked players and benefit host Tiger Woods’ foundation, will begin Wednesday at Albany Club in the Bahamas. Johnson, 35, still intends to compete for the U.S. team in next week’s Presidents Cup in Melbourne, Australia. Johnson, a 20-time winner on the PGA Tour who is ranked No. 4 in the Official World Golf Ranking, has not competed since he tied for last place in the 30-man Tour Championship in late August.
