In an interview with PGATour.com’s Helen Ross, Kirk, 34, said, “I have my health. I have my family. We are happy.” Kirk, a four-time winner on the Tour, has not played since he missed the cut at the RBC Heritage in April, one of eight MCs in 11 starts in 2019. He has slipped to No. 318 in the world after reaching No. 16 four years ago. Play at the Mayakoba Golf Classic begins Thursday at El Camaleon Golf Course in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
