As big as this PGA Championship title is for Phil Mickelson, it’s not the greatest moment of his career, Hawk & Purk say in agreement
Co-hosts John Hawkins and Mike Purkey review a memorable and historic PGA Championship won by Phil Mickelson, who became the oldest player ever to win a major title. Mickelson, just one month shy of age 51, “stepped up another rung on the legacy ladder,” Hawkins said. Hawkins points to the 2013 British Open as being “far more improbable than what happened at Kiawah Island.”
