This is a great, simple exercise to activate some essential muscles before you start your round. It’s easy to fall into poor posture as your round goes on, but practicing Posture Setup with Shoulder Mobilizations will help you reset your posture and keep your shoulders mobile as you play.
In addition to improving posture and shoulder mobility, this exercise also activates your lats. In golf, the lats help protect your spine and generate force throughout your swing.
