Full-body mobility: Squat to overhead reach
The Squat to Overhead Reach exercise is an excellent way to activate full-body mobility and stability—using only a golf club. As you do this exercise, remember that everyone has varying levels of mobility, so only go as far as your body allows. Throughout this exercise, you’ll be activating your gluteal muscles (which will help increase power and distance in your golf swing) and you’ll also be working the range of motion in your shoulders (which will help increase the range of motion in your swing). Beyond being a great exercise specific to your golf game, this also carries over into many activities in daily life.
