The Single-Leg Scarecrow may look relatively simple, but it is certainly not easy. Not only does this exercise work on your ability to balance, it also forces you to activate your core stability and hip strength as well.

Follow along as Bill explains the proper way to do this exercise. If you find yourself unable to maintain your balance, just grab a golf club to use as additional support when needed.
