1-Minute golf stretch: Standing glute
To generate high-speed rotational force in the golf swing without damaging your back, it’s very important that you have flexible, mobile hips. While the name may indicate this stretch is specific to the glute, it also does a great job of stretching your hip as well. All it takes is a 15 seconds per side to feel a good stretch in the hips and glutes and get ready to begin your round.
