Beefed-up Bryson DeChambeau buries Winged Foot at U.S. Open

Course of Life Podcast

Beefy Bryson DeChambeau pulled out the bomb-and gouge-game plan, as usual, and it gave him a U.S. Open title. Though there was carnage on the greens, DeChambeau's length allowed him to fly many of the hazards, and co-host Michael Russell had problems with that. Meanwhile, Jim Furyk went 2 for 2 on the Champions Tour, and the PGA Tour now heads to the Dominican Republic.

As the guys also talk about life outside of sports, Russell enjoys a childhood throwback and co-host Alex Lauzon watches a socially-distant Emmy Awards.

The CoL Playcation series rolls on as Lauzon visits the Hyatt Lost Pines Resort near Austin, Texas, and talks with director of golf Jason Boydston about the course and lifestyle.

Lauzon issues an apology for his college football picks, and the guys console themselves over the performances of their respective NFL teams in week 2. (They also discuss Cam Newton's fashion.) Plus, a look at the final week of the MLB regular season.

Finally, they #AlwaysEndWithFood, including homemade challah and pizza.
