Napa, Calif. (March 6, 2018) – Silverado Resort and Spa announces the 2018 dates of the Johnny Miller Golf Academy’s (JMGA) two-day schools. Johnny Miller, co-owner of Silverado Resort and Spa, is known for his ability to hit his irons close and shoot very low scores. At the JMGA’s two-day schools, participants are taught the creativity, thinking and techniques that Johnny used to become one of the best players in the world.
Two-day schools are $1,665 per person including lodging, based on single occupancy or $1,352 per person including lodging, based upon double occupancy. Two-day schools will be held on the following dates throughout 2018:
“The Johnny Miller Golf Academy will immediately improve your game,” said Miller. “Our instructional staff is dedicated to analyzing every student’s swing and helping players of all levels reach their goals. With our ‘play-based’ philosophy and two 18-hole golf courses, we promise an unparalleled experience. And, there is no comparable place to go to learn, than the historic Silverado Resort in beautiful Napa Valley – come as a golfer, leave as a player.”
The Johnny Miller Golf Academy is run by an instructional staff trained by Johnny Miller himself. Tara Fox, Director of Instruction at Silverado Resort and Spa, oversees the JMGA along with Andy Miller, one of Johnny's sons and a former PGA TOUR cardholder.
The JMGA two-day school itinerary includes:
In addition to two 18-hole championship golf courses managed by Troon Golf, Silverado features 360 guests rooms, a full service Spa, 10 tennis courts and 10 swimming pools as well as close proximity to Napa Valley’s over 400 wineries.
