All 15 Home Sites Feature Unobstructed Hill Country Views with Prices Ranging From $300,000 to $1MM+

(BOERNE, Texas) Cordillera Ranch – the Texas Hill Country’s premier private club and community – is unveiling Cordillera Ridge, the luxury enclave’s most coveted neighborhood to date.

Cordillera Ridge features 15 exclusive home sites ranging from two to four acres, with lots starting at $300,000 and ranging to over $1 million. Located at the community’s highest elevation, the vast parcels are covered with Live Oak trees and offer unobstructed Hill Country views for up to 20 miles. The gated neighborhood is very close to the 8,700-acre community’s main Highway 46 entrance, allowing for easy access to major thoroughfares and San Antonio landmarks.

“Cordillera Ridge is the best of the best of what we offer at Cordillera Ranch,” says Barry Denton, Director of Real Estate. “The elevated views from these large lots are stunning and offer a popular combination of accessibility and privacy that’s becoming increasingly difficult to find in the Hill Country.”

The neighborhood’s convenient location near the community’s entry will shave valuable time off of the drive to San Antonio and Boerne. Furthermore, many of the hilltop lots are completely flat, allowing for easier home design and savings on construction costs.

The debut of Cordillera Ridge marks yet another notable year at Cordillera Ranch. A new Outfitter Center recently opened and houses the community’s River Club. Construction has also begun on a new state-of-the-art Visitor’s Center, the Vista Office.

Additionally, the community broke ground on Phase I of the Cordillera Ranch Lodges. Set to open in late 2018, the initial phase will include two lodge units featuring 10 individual suites for Club members, members’ guests and club / real estate prospects. Moreover, Cordillera Ranch will soon release new golf frontage estate lots, featuring 1+ acre lots fronting the Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course and views across the Guadalupe River Valley.

“Our 2017 activity is proof that Cordillera Ranch is hotter than ever,” says Charlie Hill, President and Chief Operating Officer for DH Investments, developer of Cordillera Ranch. “There’s no better time to consider moving here – our community’s natural beauty, incredible homes, world-class builders and seven resort-style clubs allow residents to truly have it all.”

Since its inception in 1997, nearly 800 homes have been completed (with more than 1,200 lot sales) in Cordillera Ranch. For more information: www.cordilleraranch.com, 888.66.RANCH.

It offers residents on-site recreational activities and boasts 0.25-acre villas, one- to 10-plus acre estates, including valley view, golf course, Guadalupe River frontage and hilltop home sites.

Residents of the gated community can join The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch, featuring seven resort-style clubs in one location – The Golf Club, The Social Club, The Tennis and Swim Club, The Equestrian Club, The Rod and Gun Club, The Spa and Athletic Club and The River Club. Cordillera Ranch is undertaken by Cordillera Ranch Development Corp., a subsidiary of Texas-based DH Investment Company.

For families with school-aged kids, the community is situated in the prestigious Boerne Independent School District. Newsweek recently ranked both Boerne ISD high schools among the top 3 percent in the country. Also, an education analysis group listed five Boerne ISD elementary schools among the eight best in the San Antonio area, including the top four spots.

And then there’s San Antonio – recently ranked 10th in the Milken Institute’s “Best Performing Cities” list, which evaluates small and large cities by tracking job growth, wage and salary growth, and the size and concentration of high tech industry. Also, the U.S. Census Bureau recently tabbed Boerne as one of the fastest-growing areas in the country.
