Though the DUI death of Nicholas Immesberger, a bartender at Tiger Woods’ restaurant in Jupiter, Fla., was a tragedy, I would question why the family and its attorney waited five months to file a wrongful-death lawsuit against Woods, his restaurant and others (“In the news,” May 15).
Could it be that Immesberger’s family and its attorney wanted to take advantage of the fact that it is the week of a major championship, the PGA, and that their suit would draw additional publicity?
